ACU Antenna Control

Product Overview

The ACU-22JDA is fitted with an integrated 15 inch touch screen display flanked by hand positioning controls for the antenna mode and position.

The default legacy display is an antenna control display that is familiar to many telemetry engineers in terms of look and functionality, this may be switched at any time to the full VuSoft environment as required.

The ACU-22JDA may be remotely monitored and controlled as required via both external Ethernet and external RS232 links.

The entire system has been specifically designed to run attended or unattended on unreliable external power thus offering highly reliable operation in challenging environments.

The ACU-22JDA antenna control unit may be fitted with optional modules to extend it functionality to that of a complete ground station as it can contains up to eight all band data receivers, eight bit syncs and eight soft decom data recovery paths.

The data thus recovered may be displayed, distributed and recorded as IRIG 106 Chapter 10 multiplexed data files using the JDA Systems VuSoft software suite.

The recovered parameter data may be sent in real time or playback over the Ethernet interface for support of external systems.

An SDK with source code compatible with Microsoft Video Studio 2010 is available to allow the user to develop their own code for the system.
