Jerry Neuner founded JDA US in 2024 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity he is responsible for managing and executing the company’s overall business strategy and growth. He started his career in 1981 serving in the United States Air Force. He served in communications units charged with ensuring the operability of world-wide telemetry, tracking & command (TT&C) systems and infrastructure that supported the missions of the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) and the Global Positioning System (GPS).
Following his tenure in the Air Force, Jerry served as Director at ARINC Research Corporation where he led various GPS initiatives supporting U.S. Air Force Space Command. He supported the newly established U.S. Army Space Command’s Space Exploitation and Demonstration Program in identifying and performing due diligence on leading-edge concepts and technologies that leveraged DoD and commercial space assets with the goal of rapidly transitioning the technology into the hands of the warfighter. Jerry authored the Concept of Operations for the Army’s Movement Tracking System (MTS), a logistics communications platform for tracking assets on the battlefield with encrypted text messaging. He led the development and fielding of the prototype system that integrated GPS and commercial low-earth orbit (LEO) satellites. Following the successful MTS effort, he was a founding member of the ARINC team that launched an asset tracking start-up in the commercial transportation sector.
In the early 2000’s, Jerry served in senior leadership roles in business development and sales growth for mobile asset tracking companies that achieved successful exits via acquisition. In 2010 he joined the global consulting firm, Accenture, as a business development executive in their newly established Industry X.0 practice, advising many Fortune 100 clients in strategy and growth and contributing to mergers and acquisitions activities. He led the launch of a $30M digital venture for a Fortune 3 client before leaving to co-found a Platform-as-a-Service start-up company.
Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rollins College. He holds an MBA in International Business from Regis University.
